SwanseaSeptic.com (the "Site") is operated by Jeshurun & Co LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("we," "us"). The Site is a referral service. We are not a septic contractor and do not perform septic work. We pass requests from people who need septic services to independent septic service providers.
Information we collect
- Information you submit: when you use our request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you need, any details you type, the page you submitted from, and the date and version of the consent you agreed to.
- Phone calls: calls to the phone number on this Site are handled by an ordinary phone service, which keeps standard call records (such as the caller's number and the time and length of the call).
- Technical information: our website host, Netlify, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the Site, keep it secure and filter spam from form submissions.
This Site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and does not set its own cookies.
How we use and share your information
We use your information to respond to your request and to pass it to septic service providers. We may share or sell the information you submit to one or more independent septic service providers, contractors and their business partners, who may contact you by phone, text message or email, including with automated technology, about the service you requested. These providers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Their own privacy practices apply to information they receive.
Form submissions are stored by our form-handling provider (Netlify) and delivered to us by email. We may also share information with service providers that help us run the Site, when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the Site or our business.
Your choices
- Using the request form is optional. You can call instead.
- You can reply STOP to a text message to opt out of further texts from that sender.
- To ask us to stop sharing your information going forward, or to access or delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details below. We cannot recall information already shared with a provider; contact that provider directly to opt out of its communications.
Data retention and security
We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for our business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission is completely secure.
Children
This Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
